Frontline Healthcare Workers' Wellness and Appreciation Project
In March 2021, VFH began to break ground on our Frontline Healthcare Workers' Wellness and Appreciation Project. Seven in ten healthcare workers reported worsening mental health during the life-altering COVID-19 pandemic. In partnership with the Duke of Edinburgh, VFH was able to donate 1000 wellness and self-care products + meals to frontline healthcare workers at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
